What is a notary public and why do you need one?
A notary public is an officer appointed and commissioned to authenticate the signing of various importance documents. While a notary is not involved in the origination of document, what a notary does do is verify the identities and acknowledgements of those named in any legal document as a prevention of fraud. Essentially, a notary acts a third party in order to fully verify a signer of a document with heavy involvement such as power of attorney, vital record request, title transfers, living trust, articles of incorporations, real estate contracts & more. Our goal is to make needing a notary public in Costa Mesa easy with our mobile-based service helped to get people the authentication they need to proceed with their dealings.
Our notary services are included below:
AffidavitsWe perform various affidavit notarizations in Costa Mesa and we do it well. We always ensure completion of documentations prior to our notary seals and have experience ensuring we notarize all signatures to get your documents through. These include the following:
Expert Witness Affidavit Parental Consent to Travel Affidavit Domestic Partnership Affidavit Fraud Affidavits General Affidavits Intellectual Property Contracts Prenuptial Agreements Copies of Passports Certificates of Incorporations |
DeedsWe are able to notarize the following deeds:
Grant Deed Document to transfer real property from one person/entity to another. Deed of Trust (Trust Deed) This deed is essentially a mortgage, where the lender will hold the property's legal title until the borrower has paid the note in full. Quit Claim Deed Much like a grant deed, a quit claim deed is a transfer of ownership but with no buyer protection (usually between family members). |
Living TrustWe're experienced in notarizing living trust to ensure all principals and executors are properly identified and authorized. Trusts are very delicate and important with all parties they affect. We always ensure our staff properly ensures all trust documents are completed in full and all notarizations are performed in tune with the trust requirements.
|
Power of AttorneyA power of attorney must be signed by the principal in the presence of a notary (alongside two witnesses). This is per California law and the notary public appointing their seal can't e a witness. We always ensure all processes are done correctly and with proper assurance to the document signers and originators.

Loan Document NotarizationWe notarize loan documents for all major real estate/escrow transactions in the State of California. We contract with escrow officers and real estate agents and are experienced in providing error-less notarizations for your estate needs.
